Partnerships Manager Italy - Permanent contract
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager Italy to join our team in Rome. The Partnerships team is responsible for developing lead-generation agreements with referral partners who send leads to Selectra (real estate companies, banks, etc.). Our ambition is to make partnerships the company’s primary acquisition channel.

You have previous experience in similar roles, possess strong commercial acumen, and are distinguished by excellent interpersonal skills and strong networking ability. Also, you have native proficiency in Italian and at least intermediate proficiency in English or French.

You will interact with a wide range of external stakeholders as part of your partnership activities, as well as with several internal teams at Selectra. Your main responsibility will be to prospect and sign referral partners for Selectra. You will then be responsible for activating these partners and maximizing the commercial performance generated through them.
